Kate Sholonski

President, CPCC

Kate has spent her life living in an awake and positive perspective. She has always had a natural pull to a joyful way of being. Her spontaneous and authentic style has inspired many to recognize their own personal power and to step beyond their limiting beliefs. She personally embraces the challenge of living life fully without regrets, and inspires those around her to do the same.

An example of her no limit approach to life was making a mid-life career move from nursing to starting her own business as a coach, leadership trainer and public speaker. On the heels of that move, she established a non-profit corporation. She sees these changes as only the beginning of her vision for life’s possibilities.

Kate has a flare for both creative high energy and soft reflective coaching. Her commitment to holding her clients unconditionally as no-limit beings is unwavering. She not only creates a fun place to play with the client's unlimited possibilities, but also a safe and courageous space so they can fully experience the power of living authentically.

She learned her craft and received certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and completed the Co-Active Space leadership program in northern California.  She has since served as a mentor to other student leaders. She has been a member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF), International Association of Coaches (IAC), and Coachville.

Kate enjoys small town living in the mountains of northern Pennsylvania where she and her husband take part in the unlimited recreational activities the area offers. She is also a lover of the creative arts and enjoys the local community theatre both on and off stage.

Kate dedicates much of her time to her own thriving vision, a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) corporation, she founded called Project: Inside Out, that focuses on the development of personal empowerment, compassion building and leadership skills for teens.
